รายละเอียดงาน :	- Act as the focal contact point for all stakeholders since construction start till warranty period over - Conduct the quantity surveying to prepare the investment cost - Manage and control construction works to ensure they are built in accordance with the company standard, defined timeline, and within budget - Monitor and report the progress of works - Perform project closing and evaluation - Assist team to conduct any special project assigned

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร :	1. Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural, Interior Design, or Civil Engineering 2. Minimum 5 years experience in the field related to interior design, construction, building decoration or furniture design 3. Be able to work beyond office hour as well as in the upcountry area 4. Strong English communication skill 5. Computer literacy; MS Office, Ms Project, etc. 6. Good positive attitude 7. Good team player with ability to manage multi-priorities under pressure 8. Be able to present facts and recommendation systematically 9. Excellent planning, organizing and follow-up skills
