ตำแหน่งงาน :	Senior Field Facility Management Officer
รายละเอียดงาน :	-Control and follow up the preventive maintenance plan. -Co-operate with store/Ops team for consult and solve facing problem. -Co-operate with supplier to fix the problem/Equipments at store and create work order. -Reporting and update to store/Ops team closely and on time. -Close jobs when all of jobs finished and update status to technical service. -Summary report repairing job and compare result with FMD KPI’s -Inspection- Cooking equipments installation, HVAC, M&E system. -Get involve in handover process both New Build/ IE (Image Enhancement) -Conducting training for store/Ops team know about equipments
