คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร :	1. Bachelor or Master degree in Industrial Engineering / Production Engineer or Mechanical Engineering 2. 5-7 years experience required in Improvement Projects i.e Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, TPM etc. Have track record on successful improvement 3. Familiar to use improvement tools i.e Control Chart, Small Group Activity, Grant Chart, 5s, Fishbone Diagram, Pert/CRM etc. 4. Experience in set up or implement TQA (Thailand Quality Award) will be preferred
