| รายละเอียดงาน : | Provide tactical user support and system maintenance for ~400 US based Salesforce users utilizing unlimited Enterprise Edition Manage operational requests and troubleshoot issues, working with a diverse user group Assist with special projects as needed including reporting, sales comp administration, and SFDC roadmap development Provide project management for SFDC development projects and act as liaison between the US based Salesforce development team and the Thailand based Salesforce development team. Develop and maintain documentation as well as training materials Provide on-going customer support and issue resolution Participate in architecture and design of upcoming SFDC roadmap Constantly investigate App Exchange opportunities to proactively solve problems Facilitate business process decisions with members of the Production and Customer Support teams |

1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field 2. Proven Salesforce Administration experience (2 years minimum) 3. 4 years minimum overall IT experience 4. Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices 5. Solid understanding of designing Salesforce custom reports 6. Salesforce Administrator Certification is a plus 7. Basic knowledge of relational databases & salesforce custom objects 8. Deep knowledge of custom objects and fields in SFDC 9. Experience with workflow and approval processes 10. Basic understanding of profiles, security and group settings |
