| รายละเอียดงาน : | - Production planning to comply the master plan - Control machine running within production process - Communication the company policy from management to staff for implementation - Collect data of operation, problem or other issues from subordinates and report to management - Monitoring and controlling subordinate work to ensure the compliance to company rules and regulations and also report to management if its non-compliant about: - Machine checking by observing the machine sound, abnormal to prevent machine break down which will effect to production plan - PPE awareness - Production awareness effect to environment such as gas protection, preventive plan, emergency plan - Receive problem and take corrective action at once both working time and after working time such as accident must be urgent action taken and investigated at once or define corrective action plan when we found production problem - Control stock of purchasing planning of chemical and materials - Manpower planning - Check overtime request and approval of subordinates before sending for approval - Other tasks as assignment |
