- Direct the development and implementation of plans and programs of employee compensation and benefits that provide a competitive level of remuneration and motivation for employees (including retiree benefits)
- Ensure the efficient, cost effective and consistent administration of expatriate and locals compensation and benefits policies and procedures
- Ensure the update of employee information/database in HRIS systems
- Provide automated human resource information services in support of department programs and Requirements |

| คุณสมบัติผู้สมัครงาน : |
1. Bachelors Degree or above in Political Science, Management Science or any related field
2. At least 5 years experience in Compensation & Benefits, Salary Survey and Salary Structure in FMCG
3. Familiarity with Local Labour, Welfare Labour Protection, Social Security, income tax and Revenue Department regulations
4. Possess strong interpersonal, negotiation, presentation and communication skills
5. Pleasant personality and leadership skill
6. Good computer skill and excellent command of English |
