| รายละเอียดงาน : | Develop an approach for analyzing effectiveness of key processes. Impact assessment of process gaps is dependent upon analyses of gray areas not clearly defined by established standards and by exercising good business judgment. Access and interpret meaningful data to conduct critical analysis of business operations and technical capabilities, which yield recommendations to customers regarding viable business solutions. Effectively utilize data to lead project teams through improvement efforts and build business cases for change. Assess process strengths and weaknesses utilizing complex analysis techniques, including senior & operating management focused interviews, analytical procedures, transaction testing, bench marking of best practices across the business; and external research to determine optimal techniques for improving effectiveness and efficiency of business operations. Contribute to the evaluation of current processes to identify opportunities to eliminate non/low-value added work, automate or streamline value-added work to increase efficiencies or source work to optimize capacity of staff and scalability of operating model. Facilitate process goal-setting to determine the degree of change required and align the appropriate method of process improvement. Gain acceptance of process efficiencies and obtain senior management buy-in to the value of strong control systems in achievement of business objectives. Coach others on best practices, methodologies, tools and techniques. Perform project management and implementation management functions; determining rollout strategies and owning the overall success of each initiative. Oversee and provide leadership to team members in project execution. Using experience and interpersonal skills, coach team members to assure consistent, high quality project performance. Elicit cooperation and support from key process owners. Establish on-going communication to share with process owners and senior management issues & improvement recommendations throughout the life of the project. Influence senior management to champion process improvements and establish ownership of action plans at the appropriate point within the organization. |

| คุณสมบัติผู้สมัครงาน : |
1. Male or Female age 28 up, Thai nationality. 2. Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Logistics, Engineering, Economics, or related field. 3. 5 years professional experience & successful implementation of process improvements and business process migrations with proven track record. 4. Good knowledge in Business Analysis, Business Case Development, Change Management, Implementation Management, Metrics Establishment, Monitoring & Reporting, Project Management, Strategic Leadership. 5. Good communication in English. 6. Positive Attitude and Result Oriented. 7. Analytical skills, Logical and Systematic thinking, and communication skills. |
