: first take care the customer who come to our shop to make them satisfy with our services our duty divided
- Take care the customer who need to buy our purchase in our shop
- Take care the customer who need to made to order for the jewelry display or the jewelry box this job we must to know about dimension color the important thing you must to know all of detail for the customer product its mean you necessary to know about the material in your company that you have but if the customer need the material same their sample you have to contact with your colleague to find the material same or similar their sample or if you have the ability to motivate the customer use our material that you have in your company this is your competence and it will make your team to do your easier that will make your project successful.
- Take care the customer who contact us by e-mail address every day we have he customer inquiry by e-mail address some client enter in our website and ark us about the price in the actually we will sent the quotation for them to know about our price if their ark for the discount we will consult with my sales manager later we will give the discount for them if their require the quotation with the picture, sizes, code item and the color we will make it together included the total, discount ,conditional and the shipment cost if we know the approximately weigh for them .
: second make the quotation invoice, Performa invoice all of the document that our customer need
: Forth when the customer finish we will inform for the shipment cost the balance the grand total later our customer will payment by transfer the money to our bank account or by cash in our shop last we will dispatched the items in the destination that our customer need. For the shipment in my company we have courier (DHL ,FED EX ,TNT ,UPS act.) Airfreight, Sea freight if our customer need to sent by their forwarder their can give us for their account . later when the customer confirm their shipment we will dispatched the goods to them
Last : we will take care the customer after sales by if they have the damage items in the shipment or if our items have to check the quality control again we will sent it to the QC department to check it again if their dont satisfy we will solve the problem by give they more discount from the order or renew order but our sales manager and our boss will approve for the customer proposal .
