ลักษณะงานที่ทำ :	Responsibility and obligation About my Export Process 1.Purchase the goods or get the order from customer via email. 2.Co-ordinate with our factory at Rayong to make sure the exact planning of our production schedule of each shipment. Then send schedule to customer via email. 3.Call shipping agent to book the load date of the goods by both of Sea freight and Air freight. 4.Handle export documentation which includes Invoice ,Packing List and Sometime we would open LC special some customer requested. 5.Check and confirm the documents from shipping agents 6.Get shipping origin document which includes Bill Of Lading ,Air Waybill, Certificate Of Origin, form FTA ,form A ,form D,form B, Export Entry document ,Blue Corner document and Insurance documents . 7.Co-ordinate clearance process with shipping agent to make sure the goods arrive at scheduled destination in an efficient ,timely and accurate manner. 8.Send all the shipping origin documents to customer by Air Freight as soon as possible. About my Import Process 1. We would purchase the total materials for each shipment and sent them to the customer along with the purchase documentation 2. Then the customer sends our company the planning of the production schedule for each shipment via email 3. Whenever the customer finishes unloading materials at their port, they will e-mail us a copy of Bill Of Lading and together Invoice , Packing List confirming the shipment delivery 4. A letter will be given to BOI for the approval of the project, raw material stock, and machine lists 5.Co-Ordinate the clearance process with our shipping agent whenever the materials arrive at the port here .Then transport the material to our Factory for product preparation About my BOI process 1. referring BOI stock controlling by custom process & BOI inventory movement by RMTS BOI system 2. Prepare and submit Max Stock Formula of raw materials to BOI. 3. Apply material import cutting stock, Raw material tracking under BOI privileges pass, to IC center by RMTS programs. 4. Apply for approval of the master list, importing machine and return pass to IC center by RMTS programs. 5. Extension period for importing materials, machine & spare parts by tax exemption.

I had to created my project one about the development computer sale system ,For this project is a part of independent Studies computer programming in science faculty major in computer.
1.This program would be able to solving anything in offices and computer store because keep all of important data such as merchandise , customer , sell representive and details of the goods else.
2.Handel with the documents which includes purchase order , invoice , bills,Quotation to give customer.
3.I created by Microsoft Visual basic.net program for programming and used Microsoft access program for database design and used Crystal Report program for solving documentation which includes purchase order , invoice , bills design.
