To create PR/PO to order materials & consumable into maximum stock then receiving & issuing all spare parts to O&M maintenance with Electrical, Mechanical, Civil spare parts control via SAP program Moreover I have manage inventory with yearly physical count and weekly cycle count to support accounting department & audit team to protect material loss or differential against with SAP program and support spare parts of O&M maintenance to yearly inspection maintenance, partial overhaul for 3 years smoothly But I still controlling fuel oil for vehicle usage in plant after that make sure that inventory & fuel usage monthly report submit to Head office in BKK correctly. |

Control stock parts issue to offshore and received material from supplier transfer to stock item by ERP oracle system and Issue material direct to offshore more than I have working concern with HES to do HA/JSA every day, I have been knowledge with scope of Drilling Rig department, Operation & Maintenance offshore department, Facilities Engineer offshore department, I working to support material urgent case from offshore priority 1 on time to operation smoothly, More than I have coordinate with service company / Contractor to booking cargo load out to offshore as user requested and work with Tally man team to received backload material from offshore send to repair and return material to stock, Moreover I work with logistic team to planning cargo material on boat load out to offshore day to day and manage deck space run out cargo to offshore safely, So please see more my role & responsibility detail below, The company for Oil & Gas field.
Follow directions for the loading/ packing of baskets and containers and preparing the container, skid or basket to be sent to the job.
Prepare equipment for units as requested.
Track Received and load out equipment.
Rectify any non-compliant load as per checklist and advice.
Contact logistics department for truck and crane when required.
Prepare loading list cargo for loading cargo on boat.
Contact with supplier to deliver cargo to field accordingly.
Receive the backload list from the relevant location/ operations.
Create the PR for material used in plant.
Handle of any other functions and miscellaneous job related duties as assigned.
Follow control stock cycle count weekly report. |
