Coordinate and carry out master calibration program for critical equipments in the plant. Zero Break Down is the target. Control subordinate activities to make sure section KPI always on check. Assist section head in determining the need of minimum spare part inventory. Coach training and re-train subordinate to make sure their skill are adequate to preform task correctly and completely with frequent field inspection and verification. Coordinate procedure with safety office to make sure subordinate,contractors,equipments and facility are properly safe guarded during perform repair and maintenance task. Take up any other duty related to the department/section as when directed by the superior. Report any unnsual or anything that may affect the safety.environment and food safety to supervisor or responsible person. Control utility building system.
