Full responsibility in role of Project manager in Renewable and Recycle department , to turn over FEED from Project development team to establish and construction first (30,000TPA) LLDPE/LDPE Plastic recycling plant of SUEZ in ASIA
● Collect all concerned information, clarification and elaborate FEED develop to consolidation and purify all of requirement , conclude RFP to start procurement process for all Process machines BOP, comparative evaluation for EPC bidder, sum all budget and report and score evaluate and comparison price and technical supply to award bidder, progressed monthly steering report
● Conclude and solidary document of Plastic recycle project, purpose all budget to request approve from OPCOM, after green light approve, set up project team member, establish plan and budget ,project progress report, budget control, establish equipment specification with consultant,
● Full responded in execution phase, obligate conclusion and final agreement for EPC contractual, set up team member, affiliate company for technical consult for construction
● Establish, define process construction and QA,QC, IPT for all construction and all suppliers, ,Building construction , MEP (ITE) , Fire protection system (TKFS), Fire water tanks, Waste water treatment , Recycling water system (GSKS)
● Conclusion and define machine requirement specification for manufacturing design, and coordinate and regulate travel site meeting and tracking control to Chinese supplier for properly quality and according requirement.
● Tracking and keep construction progress, delivery task interface commitment to according construction plan, coordinate with cross-function in commissioning phase with operation team and hand over to according commercial operation date |

▪ support and routine audit to operating team procedure and prevention maintenance, and facilitate for quality activities(QIMU,TPM), authority of work/maintenance specification for facility concerned for operation and maintenance definition, along cooperating with plant maintenance team
▪ Other responsive in legal function for facility system concerned , as administrator for air pollution / ventilation treatment control , Energy conservation response |
