Led project execution of sourcing projects for all products produced from the Thailand plant.
Led and connect between the regional and local team for detailed project management and feasibility including voice out for any specific requirement and issues
Led team both regional and local for risk assessment review on the project to evaluate the potential risk to project. Also, lead and brainstorm with team on the possible solution and mitigation plan for both short term and long term.
Managed the project delivery timeline, budget and resources.
Worked closely with NPD project managers to sync project timelines and impact SKUs.
Managed and review all project progress with the regional and local team as per defined timeline; take the responsibility for the escalation of any urgent case which affected to final project objective and timeline to the management level. Then, lead a team for further discussion and action to address and/or alleviate the issue. |
