Current model job Continuous improvement production processes to improve quality, productivity, OEE and safety. Update Process flow chart, Work instruction. Design jig, fixture and other equipment to improve efficiency. Specify machining process control parameters and optimization refers the parameter to Japanese staff of Production. Corrective/preventive with QC. Action quality issue and create Pokayoke. Train the line supervisor or operators whenever they are newly developed and revised. Time study, line balancing and standardize work. Tracking data of production problem by daily.
