INTEQC group-Work Consequences : Wheat Flour mill Operation :
After my return in 2019, taking 5 months to improve operation and all about quality issue enabled to lift up sales volume of Food graded Wheat Flour for over double (from max 70-80 tpm. In all 1st year (2018) to 300 and 600 tpm. In half and 1 year, consecutively.
Then reaching 1700-2,000 tpm in 2022 (not included 2500 tpm of Feed-Flour to utilize in INTEQC Feed) .
Food Manufacturing plant (INTEQC FOODS) :
After 3 years since Plant construction started, Commercial production of Sausages, meat balls and snacks succeeded after completed validation processes together with QA. Awaiting DLD audit for HACCP certification at beginning of 2024. (Business progress stuck by Formulation (R&D) problems.
Since 2009 Set up Supplier Qualification (Grading& Audit) system to INTEQC which result in higher RM consistency than just doing incoming RM-QC inspection as in the past.
Also putting deeper scientific knowledges to QA&QC team (coaching) together with establishing Analytical tools displaying Quality status to INTEQC (scatter diagram, Histogram, Paretos chart and other statistic tools )
FOOD & Wheat FLOUR Production processes were completed for all essential
certifications including Food GMP , FDA registration- audit & MFG permission.
For wheat flour mill, FFSC 22000 that is top of Foosd safety system was certified in 2022. . For feed, BAP certifcation ( top of Aqua feed ) completed in 2016.

Besides ISO9001 certified, Establish QA-system including traceability system involving Process / products changes records and approval ( Opeation Excellence Program )
For Plant-operation Solving problem of ~33% Short productivity of Large Dryer that was the most troubled and critical product of the company. The global sales demand/order was ~120 machines/ m, but assembly lines productivity was just ~60-80 units/m. After putting improvement, average ~120-130 machines could be produced by putting systematic planning basis of Just in Time and better manpower utilization and simplification process of some hard-to-assembly parts. Total improved profit of the company should be at least 2 MB./month. |
