Developing the business strategy and executing distribution and marketing plan, business plan for export, which will establish and create sustainable growth in South East Asia and Middle East market.
Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies based on in-depth customer,
market and trade analysis through the main business partners in South East Asia Countries
and Middle East Market.
Analyze and monitor the current global markets and prepare a business plan to identify
and develop new sales opportunities in South East Asia and Middle East Market.
Develop strong relationships within the supply chain to explore existing supplier and
distributor and possible commercial sales relationships especially in the South East Asia Countries and Middle East Market.
Ensure adherence to specific importation legislation between Internal Function and Importers and Distributors in the South East Asia Countries and Middle East Market.
Implement sales and distribution plans to meet customer requirements.
Managing a team to increase the sales volume in order to reach the sales target. Sales amount was increased from 50 Million THB to 1,000 million THB between 2015 and 2018.
Creating and handling marketing activities and road shows in South East Asia and Middle East market such as Beauty World Dubai , Cosmoprof Asia Managing all the shipment schedules (all production processes and another complement
process) to be complete as agreed. (Quantity, quality and delivery time)
