◦ Develop, own, implement and monitor EHS strategies, policies, deployment plans and projects that promote, build and drive each site in KAVX Thailand to achieve their EHS objectives and targets.

◦ Responsible and owned the Thailands EHS key performance indicators. Working and driving KAVX Thailand to achieve the EHS targets as determined by EHS corporate standard.
◦ Lead, drive and build EHS competencies in KAVX community. Identify and lead the EHS-KAVX Thailand projects & achieved the KPI set out.
◦ Oversee and constantly review the operation (manufacturing/non-manufacturing) at KAVX Thailand, carrying out EHS audits and assessments, put in place in each site an effective result to drive EHS target. Identifying and resolving EHS problems and ensuring necessary changes are implemented.
◦ Formulate, initiative and carry out and ensure all the employee recognize and understand their own contributions to improved EHS performance.
◦ Established site EHS direction program for new plant start-up as required by EHS corporate requirement, stakeholder requirement, and relevant.
◦ Develop and manage the site EHS protocols and processes for the new plant start up in the respect to employees safely with compliance the EHS corporate standard. |
